- The purpose of this consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement with two attributes for the subscription of insurance guarantees for construction operations defined in CCTP, the forecast amount of which is less than or equal to 35,000,000 euros (s) TTC.
Can also be relating to upgrading to standards, upgrading, large repairs, reversals of disorders on existing constructions, repairs or reconstructions following a disaster.
A Darkered Work insurance policy may be established for each construction operation.
TheCity of Lyon may choose to subscribe, depending on the operation, one or more of the following guarantees:
- guarantee "A": damage compulsory work and, if necessary, the additional guarantees "good operation", "intangible damage", "damage to existing", "collective contract ofDiploma in Dipal "(Article 3.1 of the CCTP)
- Guarantee" B ": all Site risks and if necessary, additional guarantees and extensions of guarantees (article 3.2.2 of the CCTP
