Description:
The Center for the Management of the Territorial Public Service of the Lozere, represented by its president, proceeds to this consultation in order to take out a participation agreement for the protection of the supplementary provident of the territorial staff of the local authoritiesand public establishments in Lozere, in application of the texts and regulations in force. The group insurance contract thus subscribed will take effect on January 1, 2026. The membership of communities or public establishments will be optional. A single lot will be offered, including: -ABasic offer -a higher offer offering reinforced guarantees -2 any additional additional services as a guarantee of education annuity and reinforced temporary incapacity for contractual agents. Communities will be engaged in a support agreement with theCDG, relating to the implementation and management of the contract during the market duration. An annual contribution will be called by the CDG for this purpose withthe employer.
