- The market is made up of a single lot: Statutory Risk Insurance.
The contract may be awarded to an individual service provider (insurance company) or to a group of companies.
This group, made up of one (or more) intermediary(s) (General Agent or Broker) and/or one (or more) Insurance company(s), must be trained upon submission of offers. After allocation, it will necessarily take the form of a joint group with a non-joint agent. This form of grouping is justified in view of the fact that within the framework of joint groups, each co-owner is financially committed for the overall amount of the market or lot and therefore the entire risk.
If during the execution of the contract, one of the members of the group withdraws from co-insurance, the Insured may accept, by amendment, the replacement of the departing co-insurer by another member of the group, provided that the conditions of execution of the market remain strictly unchanged.
He can also choose to continue his execution under incomplete co-insurance or terminate the contract.
The absence of allotment of this public contract is justified by the absence of distinct services to be carried out.
