Description:
The City of Cholet/CCAS City Order Group of Cholet proceeds to a consultation in order to take out insurance contracts which constitute the entire market divided into 4lots, for the years 2026 to 2030.
Applicants must offer an offer corresponding to the offer of Base, to the imposed variants having the character of alternative service and possible additional services, subject of the various specifications on which they bid.
Candidates must also formulate an offer for all members of the group of Orders.
The attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that an incomplete response will be a reason for irregularity.
Free variants, at Sense of article R. 2151-8 of the public procurement code, are authorized under lot n 1 damage to the goods and related risks. They do not are Not allowed for other lots.
Free variants will have to comply with the following requirements:
• Duration of the contract;
• Termination notice provided for in the market.
• The imposed variants having the character of alternative service, within the meaning of article R. 2151-9 of the order code public, are defined in acts of engagement worth CCAP of lot n 1 damage to the goods and related risks.
