Description:
AMP is renewing its provident market for its current and future employees (to date: 379 CDI and 16 CDD).
The provident regime is also extended:
- Employees on end of activity leave;
- employees on leave without balance;
- some expatriates affiliated to the CFE;
- and to a corporate agentwithout employment contract.
The guarantees are defined by a company agreement of December 15, 2014 and by a branch agreement of November 24, 2022.
The guarantees covered by providents are as follows:
The work stoppage - temporary incapacity for work; The invalidity guarantee(1st category disability for staff staff only, 2nd or 3rd category disability for all staff); The total or partial permanent incapacity guarantee following AT-MP; The Partial Permanent Invalidity Capital guarantee (for executives only); Warrantydeath and Ptia all causes and following an accident; The guarantees of education, double effect and funeral allowance
