- The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide strategic communication support services, writing, graphic creation and execution of communication supports relating specifically to global and institutional communications. The service provider must have the skills required to carry out this type of mission, namely: - strategic support, running meetings, - project management, - graphic creation, - graphic execution, - writing a leaflet.
The contract is considered, within the meaning of the provisions of articles R2162-2 paragraph 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, as a single-award framework agreement executed by means of the issuance of purchase orders to the holder, as needs arise. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from its notification. He cannot not be renewed.
The services will be remunerated by applying the prices in the unit price schedule to the quantities actually executed.
The benefits are likely to vary, over the duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 48 months, within the following limits: Minimum amount: No amount minimum, Maximum amount: 220,000 Euros excluding tax.
