- Description:
- This framework agreement for subsequent multi-awardee contracts concerns installation work on photovoltaic power plants on roofs for the needs of SICTIAM, its members and approved structures. The full description of the work is indicated in the Specifications of Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP). The execution time will be indicated in each subsequent contract. The framework agreement takes effect from its notification date for a firm period of 12 months. It is then renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months by express renewal. The form of the contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement (3 holders) executed by the award of subsequent contracts at unit prices. The maximum amount of orders for the total duration execution of the framework agreement, renewals included is: 4,000,000 euros excluding taxes.
