The system dates from the construction of the building and no longer meets current energy saving guidelines aimed at reducing the building's carbon footprint. Indeed, the BACS decree (Building Automation & Control Systems) requires the installation of automation and control systems in tertiary buildings. These systems must meet certain lighting management requirements to improve energy performance: • Control automatic depending on occupancy (presence/absence detection), • Regulation according to the supply of natural light, • Functional lighting zoning, • Time programming, • Energy supervision and reporting. The proposed work corresponds the replacement of existing lighting fixtures with dimmable LED lighting fixtures, and the implementation of automatic lighting management based on presence detection and natural light intake.
