- This consultation concerns a public market passed according to the adapted procedure (MAPA), having for object: the installation, rental, operation and dismantling of a sound system in public spaces for the back -to -school forum of associations which will take place on Sunday, September 7 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Romainville (93230). The services are to be performed in the design phase (if necessary), preparation, and above all carrying out the work concerning the following lots: - VRD (roads and various networks), - ESV (green spaces), - ECL (public lighting).
