La presente consultation concerne les prestations suivantes :
Installation of moorings, provision and movements of Barges, as part of the Pyrotechnic Art Festival organized in July and August in Cannes Bay.
La SEMEC, gestionnaire du Palais des Festivals et des Congres de Cannes, organizes the pyrotechnic art festival every year.
These barges allow the implementation of fireworks and the sound system of the event. Each summer, 6 fireworks are scheduled (at minimum) between July 1 and August 31. The forecast dates of pyrotechnic shows are, for each year:
-04 July;
-July 14;
-22 July;
-4 August;
-August 15;
-August24.
These dates will be confirmed no later than ninety (90) days before the realization of Operations.
These operations take place in Cannes Bay and Old Port.
The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (C.C.T.P.).
Note that, taking into account the activities of the Palais des Festivals and Congresses, The services will require interventions on weekends and holidays.
