- Description:
- The purpose of this consultation aims to supply and install centralized technical management systems in municipal buildings as well as supervision maintenance. It falls under the public procurement code which entered into force on April 1, 2019 and is carried out in the adapted proceduresaid open (without preselection of candidates) in application of article R2123-1 of the said code. It is a framework agreement of supplies with order pleas, mono assignment in application of articles L2125-1 and from R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the code. The services are performed asand as needed in accordance with the order orders issued. There is no minimum annual amount of services. The maximum annual amount excluding taxes is set at fifty thousand euros (50,000 euros (s)HT)
