- Description:
- Installation and removal of directional signaling equipment. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 24 months from its notification date. The framework agreement may then be tacitly renewed for 24 months from the end date of the initial period or Coming from the date on which the maximum amount of the initial period is reached without its total duration being able to exceed four years. The renewal is considered to be accepted if no contrary written decision is made by the contracting authority within a minimum month before the Date of renewal. It cannot be refused by the holder. In the event of early renewal (maximum reached), the contracting authority will inform the holders. For each period (initial period + renewal), a contractual minimum of 100,000, Euro (s) excl. 400,000 contractual, Euro (s) HT.
