The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are settled by unit prices.
For Lot 1 the amount excluding VAT; minimum per period: 60,000.00 euro(s) and maximum per period: 120,000.00 euro(s).
For Lot 2 lth amount excluding VAT; minimum per period: 4,000.00 euro(s) and maximum per period: 30,000.00 euro(s).
For Lot 3 the amount excluding VAT; minimum per period: 7,000.00 euro(s) and maximum per period: 25,000.00 euro(s).
For Lot 4 the amount excluding VAT; minimum per period: 1,000.00 euro(s) and maximum perperiod: 8,000.00 euro(s).
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period ranging from May 31, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum durationale of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
For lot 1, an advance is provided by purchase order, under cover of guarantee provided for in the CCAP

Three-year control of fire safety systems and mechanical smoke evacuation
Annual inspection ofgas installations and three-yearly control of energy efficiency and polluting emissions of boiler rooms
Control of elevators, elevators and goods lifts (periodic and five-yearly)
