Description:
These are framework agreements with purchase orders for intellectual services awarded following an open tender procedure in accordance with articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the CCP. They are single-awarded with no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of €600,000 excluding tax for the whole batches over the overall duration, i.e. 4 years. 2 lots. Place of execution: Territory of the Aube department and municipalities belonging to the order group. Duration: One year from the date of notification of the framework agreement, tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of one year, on each date anniversary of the notification. Variants not permitted. The framework agreements are signed for the group of orders composed of the Department of Aube (coordinator of the group) and the municipalities of Aube appearing in the list attached to the documents of the order. consultation
