Description:
Works for creating white rooms, to be integrated into existing volumes on the 3rd floor of building 5 located in the center of Lorraine in Inrs in Vandeuvre-les-Nancy (54). For information, building 05 is a structure built in the late 1960s. Of a ground surface of 1700 m2 on 5 levels, It welcomes the research activities of the laboratories of 3 departments of the Institute, namely Process Engineering (IP), Metrology of Pollutants (MP) and toxicology and biometrology (TB). The intervention is carried out in a building maintained in activity for the duration of the work. THE Holder must for this purpose take all the necessary measures so as not to harm the proper functioning of the premises still in service, and keep in particular control of noise, vibrations as well as dust. The services are allotted and are subject to 07 lots, each constituting A separate market. The full description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) specific to each lot of this project.
