The services are paid by unit and flat prices.
The Innovatex development operation consists in creating a platform of 15.2 ha allowing to accommodate industrial pilots on serviced lots (roads, drinking and industrial water networks, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricity, electricityTelecom).
The works subject to this market concern the realization of general earthworks and the construction of a road, designated as follows:
- General movement of land to level the land;
- Main track and connection to the existing southern track: trackaccess and connection to the existing living network;
- existing bidirectional southern track part included on the periphery of the Jupiter 1000 plot, structural modification of the road body and the direction of circulation in one direction.
The program includes all the supplies andWork necessary for the complete achievement of the work provided for in this market (earthworks-assistance-chaussees-signalization) as well as the restoration of the premises made available to the entrepreneur or modified by the progress of the work.
This covers in particular:
-The installationsof site;
- the exploitation under site;
- the additional studies necessary for the realization of the work;
- the additional and special stickers in accordance with article 27 of the CCAG;
- Interior control;
