Description:
The La Poste group Institute, an internal training organization, offers managers of La Poste two a la carte training allowing them to boost the individual commitment of an employee, on the one hand, and to strengthen the power and performance of their team, on the other hand.
These two teams The objectives of bringing together managers on management fundamentals. Indeed :
- The first training aims to help managers better develop autonomy, room for maneuver and the commitment of their employees;
- The second training has for Objective to help managers develop the collective performance of their team and cooperation, both within the team and with the partners of their ecosystem.
Currently still deployed, these training courses will end in December 2025. Two new offers must be Deployed in continuity with a pilot training session for each during the 1st quarter of 2026 for an effective deployment of the sessions from the end of March 2026.
Each new training offer forms a lot of this consultation:
- Lot 1: Individual management training of its collaborators,
- Lot 2: Team management training and cooperation culture.
