This consultation concerns the improvement of the reception and equipment on the banks of the Gardon.
The procedure for the enhancement used is: The open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 , R. 2161-2, R. 2161-3 2 , R. 2161-4 and R. 2161-5 of the codeof public procurement.
