Description:
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the implementation, hosting, maintenance and support of a Personal Data Protection Compliance Management Solution. Pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 And Following Of The Order Code PPublic And Concluded With No Minimum And With A Maximum Set At 40,000 Euro(s) Excluding VAT Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement. It Includes A Fixed Part And A Part Executed By Issue Of Purchase Orders: Implementation of the PR Compliance Management SolutionProtection of Personal Data (Project Management and Implementation of the Solution: Assistance with Parameterization and Installation) As well as the Initial Training of the Dpo.- Part of Purchase Orders (Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162- 14 Of The Public Order Code) For All Of The PreStations Detailed In The Estimated Quantitative Estimate Valuing Schedule Of Unit Prices And The Acquisition Of Additional Modules. It Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Duration Of Four (4) Years From Its Notification Date.Without Prejudice of the provisions of Articles 47 and following of the Ccag-Tic, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the public purchaser notified to the holder by mail with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the expiry of the period In progress.
