- Procurement procedure (cf art.2 Rapc) - competitive dialogue (cf art.2-1 Rapc) This consultation is passed according to the competitive dialogue procedure. The use of competitive dialogue is justified, on the one hand, by the complex nature of the market and the need to conduct a dialogue withthe candidates, on the other hand by the performance of design services and finally, by the impossibility of satisfying the need without adapting immediately available solutions.- Compensation of the candidates (cf art.2-3 Rapc) The Purchaser will pay bonus to candidates who have submitted a final offerthe. The amount of this bonus is 5,000 euro(s) (including tax). The remuneration to be paid under the contract will take into account the bonus received by the successful tenderer. No bonus will be paid to candidates whose application is declared inadmissible or the offer is declared irregular
