The form chosen for the execution of the contract is at order form with minimum and maximum attribute in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The contract is established with the following amounts:
Initial period - Maximum amount 550,000.00 euros (s) excluding 48 months /renewal - maximum amount of 500,000.00 euros (s) HT over 48 months. No minimum order is provided for within the framework of the contract
Implementation then support, maintenance and operation of a partner dematerialization platform (PDP) in SaaS mode
