Description:
This consultation concerns administrative housing services falling within the category of social services passed through an open adapted procedure regardless of the estimated amount of need in application of article R. 2123-1 3 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement purchase orders whose conditions of issue and execution are provided for in the CCAP. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period running from its date of notification until 12/31/2026. It is tacitly renewable twice for a period of one year with an end scheduled for 31 December 2028. The deadlines for execution or delivery of services are set for each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement. For the first year, the annual flat-rate benefits of component 2 of the territorial pact, the notification of the framework agreement will have for effect the start of the services concerned and this notification will then constitute an order form. For subsequent years, if the framework agreement is tacitly renewed, these same services will take effect on January 1 of these two financial years. The other services of the framework agreement will the subject of purchase orders as mentioned in the CCAP.
The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices.
Maximum annual amount of the framework agreement: 150,000 euro(s) excluding tax or 450,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the overall duration of the contract
