The services consist of renting, installing, dismantling and implementing sound and/or lighting materials. These are mono-attribute framework agreements with order form with minimum and maximum amount.

Lot 1 - Implementation Sounding and scenic lighting services for the Department of Vendee, excluding Vendespace, heritage sites and cultural programming
These are scenic sound and lighting services for the Department of Vendee, especially during communication operations (Official time, inaugurations, press times, etc.) or events requiring an event presence of the department (Vendee Globe, Tour de France, French cycling championship, etc.) throughout Vendee territory and neighboring departments
Lot n 2 - Implementation of sound services and scenic lighting for heritage sites and cultural programming of the department of Vendee (excluding Vendespace)
These are scenic sound and lighting services for the Department of Vendee, in particular for services taking place on the 9 heritage sites of Department and for cultural programming (shows, festivals, etc.) offered on the departmental territory
