Implementation of a service contract including assistance to users, keeping in operational condition, outsourcing, evolution of information systems equipment and outsourced backup.
The GIE Loire Ocean is looking for a unique service provider for the provision of services IT. The present consultation relates to the following services:- Assistance to users,- The maintenance in operational condition of infrastructure, software and IT equipment,- remote outsourcing and or on site of information systems,- management and Safety of the backup and catering plan: local and external,- the evolution or upgrading of computer equipment,- monitoring and evolution of cloud solutions,- the link with providers of the Loire Ocean (business tools, access control, printing systems, telephony, Internet connection, etc ...)- Proactive advice on specific developments in IT infrastructure,- Technical integration project provision that can relate to:- The evolution of computer equipment (network, server, stations ...)- cybersecurity- integration solutions ia- Etc...
