- As part of its strategy dedicated to combating the digital divide, the Metropolis of Lyon wishes to provide concrete solutions to make the daily lives of its residents easier. It thus wishes to act on all the issues linked to digital inclusion, that is to say: - animation, tools and training for field professionals; - access to equipment, as well as the internet; - support for digital uses to lead to the autonomy of metropolitan residents. Through this market, the community wishes to increase the number of solutions allowing users in a situation of digital fragility to have a response in the event of difficulty. This is why the Metropolis plans to maintain and perpetuate its remote digital support service for its residents, in good complementarity with existing systems such as digital advisors.
