Description:
The buyer is a contracting authority. The Arles Crau Camargue Mountatte Agglomeration Community has been exercising skills collection and treatment of waste since January 1, 2017. These are services relating to the implementation of the re-employment of objects deposited in recycling center withProvision of valuers agents and realization of general public events.
This market is a composite framework agreement decomposed in 2 parts as follows:
- Planning part: flat-rate services.
- Part of order form: Services at unit prices- Maximum annual amount of order:50,000.00 EUR
This composite framework agreement has an integration and employment clause aimed at promoting better adequacy between supply and job request on our territory. This insertion approach constitutes both a criterion for awarding the framework agreement (article L 2152-7 and L2152-8of the public procurement code) and a condition of execution thereof (article L2112-2 and L 2112-4 of the public procurement code).
