Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The energy department of the shared Building Management Department uses the Energy Performance software application (ALTEVA publisher) to manage energy consumption. and water from the City of Saint Etienne and Saint Etienne Métropole. The publisher having informed us of the end of marketing and therefore of the end of maintenance of this solution, it must be changed. The expected services are described in the CCTP. This consultation therefore concerns: - The implementation of an energy management software solution and its evolution throughout the market - The associated hosting and maintenance of this solution - Services
