Description:
The object of this market, corresponds to the services to be implemented for the design and realization of a power supply system for container ships according to the IEC/IEEE80005-1 standard, on the quay of the Americas, to the northern Havre terminals.
The main services Expected for this market are:
- Package part:
- Design studies with in particular:
o Finalization of the AVP of the holder's offer,
o Project studies (pro),
o Directorate of work execution (DET),
o Surprising Piloting Coordination (OPC),
o Operations assistance receipt (AOR),
o The CIE mission (coordination of external stakeholders) is integrated into the OPC,
- the necessary administrative procedures,
- The realization,
- EXE and Visa missions (the latter, carried out by the project management team identified within the holder),
- Training.
- Flawing part:
- Additional training,
- exploitation,
- assistance and support for operating,
- Annual preventive and curative maintenance.
The section of order orders, and if necessary of the subsequent markets, linked to the operation, is provided to be temporary until the stabilization of operations.
This framework agreement part has passed without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,500,000 euros HTVA (for the maximum duration all renewed renewals)
