Description:
RATP wishes to equip itself with a tool for collecting, monitoring and consolidating data relating to waste management on its various sites.
This tool will aim to make data collection and reporting of indicators more fluid and reliable. construction sites in order to be able to peffectively manage the management of waste produced on RATP construction sites and ensure the traceability of waste. Furthermore, it will make it possible to verify RATP's compliance with regulatory requirements (in particular that of recovering 70% of construction waste), to manage progress plans andto measure its effects.
In addition, the indicators from the future tool will be used to feed the RATP Group's extra-financial performance declaration (DPEF) concerning the management of construction site waste.
The objective of the tool is therefore twofold:
1)Collect and track relative datas to the management of waste on construction sites and ensure the traceability of this waste.
2)Provide steering indicators on waste management and verify RATP's compliance with regulations and its own objectives.
