The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate the service providers in charge of supporting the department in the implementation The communication strategy of public transport on its own site known as Tzen 2 in Studies and Works phase through the realization of services being the subject of the 2 lots Following separate:
Lot n 1: design of communication tools for Tzen 2 (bus project on its own site between Lieusaint and Melun)
Lot n 2: dissemination of communication documents for tzen 2 (bus project on its own site between Lieusaint and Melun)
The consultation has passed in the form a call for tenders opened in application of articles L.2125-1-1 , R.2124-1, R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5.
This is a framework agreement with order orders assigned to an economic operator governed by articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
