Description:
The purpose of this contract is to set up a solution for connecting users in the context of short-distance carpooling trips, as well as the functional and technical operation of this solution during the duration of the contract. He By solution is meant a mobile application under the brand En Covoit' Rendez-vous presenting a layer of full customization above the Holder's proprietary application base. This solution consists of offering the user the experience of service operated under the En Covoit' Rendez-vous brand, without mention of the operating operator, pushing the level of customization to a maximum level while benefiting from the Holder's shared tool. All external communications of the Holder will be branded En Covoit' Rendez-vous. Its objectives are as follows: - Offer an efficient and attractive service for all residents within the territorial jurisdiction of SYTRAL Mobilités and for those who work there. - Propose an alternative to solo driving, in general, and in particular in the least dense sectors and the least well served by public transport. - Integrate carpooling into the mobility package of SYTRAL Mobilités and its members and thus offer a mobility offer that complements public transport and does not compete with them. - Create new mobility habits by contributing to overcoming traditional obstacles to the practice of...
