has. Technical implementation: The service provider must set up the technical infrastructure necessary for the management of alerts. The service provider will ensure that its solution is declared to the CNIL and in accordance with the GDPR, in order to allow without constraint for civis. b. Development of the application: The service provider must develop an application or interface to the CIVIS website (www.civis.re), user -friendly to send information on waste collection to citizens, with registration/unsubscribe features and personalization of alerts. c. Sending alerts: The service provider will have to set up mechanisms for sending automated alerts to citizens, by SMS. d. Training: the service provider must train CIVIS staff in the use of the automated information and alert system. e. Management and maintenance: the service provider must ensure continuous management of the system, including maintenance, updates, technical support, and management of the citizen database registered.
