Description:
This consultation concerns an infogues of the information system and associated services including:
- assistance in management and maintenance in operational condition of information systems;
- Assistance to proximity support;
- Cybersecurity support ;
- Project mode services.
This market and concluded in the form of a mono-attribute framework agreement with order orders, with an amount maximum and without minimum amount; In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-2 2 , R. 2162-4 2 , R. 2162-5 and 6 and R. 2162-13 et 14 of the public procurement code.
The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 800,000 euros HT on total duration.
The market is concluded at a mixed price and is made up of a part at a flat price, and a party in order.
The market will start from January 1, 2026. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times a year, a maximum duration of 4 years
