Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to the outsourcing the accommodation of websites and applications of the city of Reims and the Urban Community of Grand Reims as well as the administrative management of domain names. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. This is a Framework agreement, passed in application of articles R.2162-1 et seq. Of the public procurement code. It has a lump sum part for the recovery and the outsourcing of the accommodation of websites and applications specified in chapter 2.1 of the CCTP as well as the resumption of domain names specified in chapter 2.2 of the CCTP and a part executed by emission of purchase orders (articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code) without minimum amount and with a maximum amount fixed at 60,000 Euro (s) excl. Defined in the estimated quantitative estimate worth unit price slip (DQE-BPU). This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from its date of notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 47 and following of the CCAG-TIC, it can be terminated on each date Birthday by decision of the public buyer notified to the holder by mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the maturity of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle any compensation to the holder.
