Description:
The Municipality of Carcassonne wishes to entrust a service provider with the production of films, reports and video animations.
The service provider must master the capture of images using several cameras while broadcasting them in real time using the devices present in particular at the Center of Congress, at the Carcassonne Festival, at the Odeum and in the Municipal Council room. Films from this recording may be requested.
The consultation will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 4 years from March 1, 2026 with a minimum amount and a maximum amount expressed in euros excluding tax.
IMAGE CAPTURING, FILM-MAKING, REPORTING AND VIDEO ANIMATION SERVICES
The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 4 years, is between a minimum of €60,000 excluding tax and a maximum of €600,000 H.T.
The Holder will receive an order form for each service specifying the dates as well as a description of the expected service in accordance with the services defined in the BPU.
The holder will be able to provide 2 to 3 people and will sometimes have to carry out tests on site.
He will be able to be required to broadcast live (streaming), and/or on the big screen of the Convention Center.
