The purpose of this consultation is to replace high voltage cells: - 4 Lighting and Force Stations (PEF) of Line 1 bis: Saint Philibert, Bourg, Canteleu, Cormontaigne; - 5 Recovery Stations (PR) of line 1 bis: Grand But, Mitterie, Canteleu, Cormontaigne, Porte d-Arras; - 2 Lighting and Force Stations (PEF) of Line 2 North: Les Prés, CH Dron; - 3 Recovery Stations (PR) of line 2 north: Les Prés, Burgundy, Garage Atelier Dron; - a Lighting and Power Station (PEF) Tram: Lille Europe station; - 4 Tramway Straightening Stations: Gare Lille Europe, Romarin, Murisserie, Croisé Laroche; - from the Canteleu Delivery Station (PL); - from the Internal Distribution Station (PID) Gares Lille Flandres. The services of this market include in particular: - Carrying out surveys and studies; - The supply of new high voltage cells and associated protection relays; - Parameter setting and adjustment of high voltage cells in the factory; - The removal of existing cells and associated protection relays; - Installation and connection of new high voltage cells and protection relays; - Inspections and tests; - Overpressure of the PID Gares premises; - Obligations during Regular Service Verification (RSV) and warranty periods; - Provision of the Executed Works file; - Spare parts; - Training.
