Description:
This notice concerns an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The Operation includes the construction of a sewage treatment plant such as beds planted with reeds, an outfall at sea and the renovation of the networks.x related. This operation takes place within the influence of the main base of Levant (Var). The work is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1-repair of the networks -Lot 2-construction of a wastewater treatment plant - lot 3-rehabilitation of the outfall at sea. Lot 1 is divided into 3 tranches (articlees R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the public procurement code) described under lot 1 paragraph Ii.2.4). The overall deadline for the 3 lots is 28 months including 9 months of preparation period (3 months for each of the 3 lots). The start date of the work is planned for the 1st quarter of 2024 (lot 1) and 1sttrimestre 2025 (lots 2 et 3)
