Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide the following services: -Maintenance by hydrocleaning of all gravity and pressure sanitation networks (EU strict, EP and unitary) as well as ancillary works (sand traps, grids and drains, sumps, reservoirs buried storms, siphons, etc.), -Maintenance by pumping and cleaning of all discharge/lift stations (PR) to ensure their proper functioning, -Maintenance by pumping and cleaning of all the works of the treatment plants for which the public entity is responsible for operation, -The establishment of an on-call service dedicated to the market, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which meets the requirements set out in this CCTP. This penalty includes the establishment of a telephone on-call dedicated to the market and a hydrocleaning intervention on-call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, -Visual inspections or television of sanitation works in order to carry out a diagnosis of the network and to deduce any existing disorders or state of clogging. This diagnosis, which must comply with the NF EN 13508-2 standard, will allow the public body to decide on possible work to be carried out, -Des cleaning interventions on particular works, excluding sanitation or rainwater systems, belonging to the public body, in particular works linked to district heating. -One-off emergency interventions on the Troyes Champagne Metropole heating network, in hours open...
