Description:
Hydrocleaning and maintenance services for municipal networks and equipment in the town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue Adapted open procedure subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the CCP. Single-award framework agreement concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount set at 70,000 euro(s) excluding tax in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The services will be treated at mixed prices: at fixed prices appearing in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF) for annual interventions, and at fixed prices units appearing in the BPU (unit price schedule) for one-off services. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 02/22/2026 or its notification date if this is later. It is tacitly renewable twice per period of 12 month upon each renewal. Its maximum duration cannot exceed 36 months.
