Description:
HYDRO - MARITIME MUSEUM OF SAINT-MALO - Preparatory works. Visiting the site is obligatory. It will take place on Monday December 15, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday December 17, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (see consultation regulations). A visit receipt will be given to the candidate and will be constitutive part of the offer under penalty of irregularity.
Demolition, asbestos removal, cleaning
The preparatory work relating to lot no. 1 is: asbestos removal buildings, cleaning, deconstruction of the simulator building and restoration and security work. Qualifications professional specific requirements are requested (see consultation regulations). This lot includes an optional phase relating to the temporary securing of openings on the facades of the floors. The contract will be concluded at a global and fixed price and at a unit price.
Selective disposal and reuse
Lot No. 2 carries on safe deposits for reuse. This lot will be concluded at a global and fixed price.
