Description:
This contract concerns supplies and works for the Europafi fiduciary stationery site.
The project consists of replacing the two existing gas boilers with an electric boiler and a gas boiler.
The main works are:
- Creating a power supply high voltage 20kV with a power of 4 MW.
- Installation of a 20 kV - 700V transformer.
- The installation of an electric boiler with a capacity of 6 tonnes of steam.
- The installation of a new generation gas boiler with a capacity of 6 tonnes of steam.
- Installation of an accumulator steamer with a capacity of 0.5 steam tons.
- Integration of the whole into the existing factory steam network.
HTA and TGBT electrical work
- Modification under Bivis electrical station.
- HTA line, creation under boiler room electrical station.
- Supply and installation transformers, TGBT.
Supply, installation and connection of a gas boiler and an electric boiler
This lot includes the following services:
Supply and installation of gas boiler.
Supply and installation of electric boiler.
Condensate and purges.
Control / command and instrumentation.
PSE 1 (optional): operation and maintenance of the site's boiler room
