Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance to HQE(r) project management from the development of the site file and the environmental profile (program) until the end of the period of good operation (i.e. at least 2 years after receipt of the work, which must include two seasons of complete heating) for the energy renovation of the Louis ARMAND high school in MACHECOUL-SAINT-MEME (44). The operation concerns the thermal improvement of the roofs and facades of the site, apart from buildings G0, F0 and H0. These studies are part of priority 2 of the DEET heritage strategy regional. Within the framework of the tertiary eco-energy system (regulatory framework) and the political will of the local authority, these studies are part of an objective of reducing energy consumption and thermal improvement of built assets. The source of economy of energy is prefigured on the following sets of buildings: - A1 (Hall), - A2-E0 (Day school), - B0 (Accommodation), - C0 (Catering), - D1-D2 (Boarding school) The energy renovation work will also be an opportunity to renovate the main hall as part of the boarding school of excellence label . Finally, the operation includes the implementation of a geothermal installation allowing heating and the production of DHW for all buildings with the exception of housing for which individual gas boilers will be installed. condensation.
