- It is a question of contracting with a service provider who will be responsible for the management of outgoing calls as part of the Hospitality project. This mission will include the following tasks:
β’ Contact each trainee registered in a training session within the deadlines defined by ENEDIS, in order to organize All the logistical services of his stay:
οtransport (train, plane)
οHebergement (campus or convenient hotel)
οRestauration
ο Possible transfess between station/airport and campus
β’ Apply a methodology for anticipating the need: consult the information available upstream of The call, prepare the relevant options to offer, and ensure that you have all the necessary data before contacting the trainee.
β’ Rigorously follow the contact script provided by Enedis, which will be able to integrate variants according to the specificities of the regional departments (DR), Especially in terms of accommodation, reception or special instructions.
