Description:
This framework agreement is enforceable from its date of notification to the holder until 12/31/2026. It may then be subject to 3 tacit renewal(s) of one year on January 1 of each year without its term exceeding 12/31/2029. The service provider cannot object to this. Any decision not to renew will be notified within a maximum period of 2 months before the end date of the period in question and will not entitle the holder to compensation.
