The operation for five years of technical installations (thermal, aeraulic, hydraulic), with obligations of results and continuity of the service. The services include:
? Post P1: Energy supply (gas and fuel oil) for MTI boiler rooms:
? The supply of energyGas or fuel oil for a temperature package service with interest to energy savings (MTI) (P1C post);
? The unit supply of m3 warred water for health use according to buildings (P1E post);
? Refacting in the identical of the Gaz Accise (ex TICGN), CTA, costsrouting and distribution (T.C. and T.V.D.), Storage cost (T.S.) and gas stations for gas (post P1/4 Gas).
? Refacting identical to the Fioul delivery costs (subscription or post P1/4 Fioul).of (s):
? All the heat production installations necessary for heating, (there are the interior and exterior distribution,) heat transmitters (radiators, fan-convects, aerotherms ...), adjustment and regulation organs.
? The set of air conditioning installations(cold groups, heat pumps) and air trace (air treatment plant),
? Production installations of domestic hot water (distribution included)
? Heating water treatment installations,
