This framework agreement concerns the heating operating contract, refreshment, sanitary hot water, ventilation and other technical equipment of buildings in the Department of Charente-Maritime Type P2 Agreement Mono Framework for all lots. Lots 1 and 2 correspond to aComposite framework agreement, composed in part to an ordinary market and in part to a framework agreement with maximum order for order form set at 90,000 euros excl. Tax for lot 1 and 90,000 euros HT for lot 2. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. He is tacitly renewed untilits term. The number of renewal periods is set at 3.
