Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the occupational health service for medical monitoring of all of its employees as part of the employer obligation according to article L4621-1 and following of the Labor Code.
In accordance with article L. 2113-10 of the public procurement code, the services are devolved in two (2) lots, each handled in the separate market:
Lot No1: Occupational health service in the department of 78 / Lot No2: Service occupational health in the department of 91
Only one and even economic operator may be awarded all the lots.
With regard to the framework agreement to order orders, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 140,000.00 Euro (s) excluding tax on the overall duration of the market.
This market takes effect on the 1st January 2026, or from its date of notification if it is later, for a firm period of one (1) year. At the end of this first period of one (1) year, the market may be renewed three (3) times by successive periods of twelve (12) months without being able to exceed four (4) years
