Description:
This market concerns the logistics organization of a stay in Rome, from May 10 to 15, 2026, for 300 participants (250 learners and 50 guides) from 10 schools in Hauts-de-France. The objective is to select a service provider who will provide transportation, accommodationAnd local trips, as well as the provision of a utility vehicle. The service provider will have to organize round trip from schools to Rome, with departure on May 10 and return on May 15. Several modes of transport can be offered (bus, plane,train). Participants will be taken care of directly in their establishments, distributed in different cities in the region, and led to a place of accommodation near the Villa Medici in Rome. Accommodation, scheduled for May 11 to 14 (4 nights), will have to offer individual beds and includeBreakfasts. Mids and evening meals will be provided by the Villa Medici. The accommodation will have to be located if possible near the Romain metro line A. To facilitate travel in Rome, 2400 metro tickets will have to be provided (2 per day and per person for 4 days). OfMore, a utility vehicle will have to be made available on May 11 and 14 to transport students' works between buses, accommodation places and the Medici villa.
