Provision of technical assistance for project management supervision

The project management monitoring mission must be undertaken as part of the project to strengthen the monitoring of the Fabreges dam (and then Bious) in preparation and implementation phase.
- Site preparation and analysis of preliminary execution documents at SHEM headquarters in Balma (31130): April 2024
- Monitoring on the Fabreges site (64440) of work to strengthen monitoring of the Fabreges site: period from June 2024 to December 2025
- Analysis of procedures and operating modesexecution tories prior to the start of the construction site;
- Represent the SHEM project manager to the company, any stakeholders, and the group during the work phase (handling of documents, procedures, plans, regulations for the construction site);
- Monitoring of workur per day;
- Control of site procedures;
- On-site safety in coordination of group management and on-site OHS support;
- Site progress report;
- Reporting to the project manager (technical environmental and financial) for decision;
- Coordination and animationon the weekly site meeting;
- Assistance in verifying work attachments;
- Participation in possible communication meetings;
- Assistance in producing acceptance reports;
- Reception, verification and archiving of as-built files.
