The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement to order formal".
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
With the new system of the "Territorial Pact" State, the Grand Avignon intends to initiateA home renovation policy in connection with the local housing program and the Territorial Air Energy Climate Plan.
For this, the Grand Avignon is launching a cut in 2 lots:
- Lot 1 "Implementation of shutters 1 and 2 of the territorial pact"
- Lot 2 "Study of feasibility in feasibility inGiven the deployment of a strategy for supporting the improvement of private housing in the territory of Grand Avignon "
The missions of the territorial pact are based on 3 components of interventions allowing to deepen as the inhabitants on the territory gradually. The presentmarket includes only components 1 and 2 of the territorial pact described below.
